Oh hey, It’s me! I found this in my drafts completely written and never posted. Not sure why I never posted it, but I wrote this about 2 years ago now and decided to leave it as is. Enjoy!
As we slowly get back into the world, we are also slowly getting back into the things that we loved to do before everything went to shit. Being able to get back to Breweries again makes me so very happy.

Recently we went out to Indian Rocks Beach for the weekend (amazing, highly recommend). While there we came across Anecdote Brewing Co. Thankful for Mike for catching it out of the corner of his eye on our way to dinner. Like most other brewery stops, this was a spur of the moment decision to head here after dinner and I’m really glad we stopped. Located on the main road that goes through Indian Rocks Beach (321 Gulf Blvd, Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785) it’s a must stop if you’re in the area.

The brewery seemed pretty new (I could be wrong) but the feeling inside was definitely with the times, very modern industrial which is my kind of vibe. The brewery itself was pretty large and extremely open. It had this really awesome mural on the wall of our beloved Florida Manatees. The color scheme was fun and inviting, and there was plenty of seating inside as an outdoor area if you wanted to sit outside.
They had plenty of board games available to play as well as a shuffle board which is our personal favorite thing to play whenever it’s available.

We tried a few beers, all of which were great and they all had fun names. Below you can see the flight we ordered as well as a peek of the other beer we ordered. After the fact I realized that I should have retaken this photo but you should know by now that I am never perfect with my photos.
We went for the Here Kitty Kitty, Crispy Cheeks and Beach Crew. And the normal sized beer was Play Date a mango wheat beer that was pretty delicious.

Have a look at their current beers on tap!
Beach Crew – Fruited Ale – 4.5%
Crispy Cheeks – Blonde Ale – 5.7%
Here Kitty Kitty – Red Ale – 5.8%
Hostile Take Over – Black IPA – 5.2%
IRB IPA – IPA – 8%
Nomad Species – Lager – 5.7%
Not Obvious – Nitro – Stout – 5%
On the Verge – IPA – 6.3%
Play Date – Mango Wheat – 4.7%
Say Bro! – Juicy IPA – 6.7%
Shark Bite Delight – Fruited Sour – 5%
Smooth Operation – Pale Ale – 6.2%
Sun Chaser – Pina Colada sour – 4.2%
Sunset Rush – American Wheat – 6.1%

The prices were great and they have a lot of verity. They also have other drink options available which I thought was great, you don’t always see that at breweries. So if you are with a friend that just doesn’t like beer they can still enjoy themselves.
I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in Indian Rocks Beach or in the area. Already looking forward to our next visit when we’re at the beach again.
